The data shown comes from official and third-party sources (Idescat, ICGC, Generalitat de Catalunya, Mossos d'Esquadra, Open-Meteo, idealista, among others), each under its own licence. Full attributions are on the methodology page.
Property listing data belongs to idealista and is obtained through its official API; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Original work (aggregations, rankings, texts and design) belongs to the site operator.
